On December 1, 2023, two of Bollywood’s most awaited films will be released. Animal, with Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, and Sam Bahadur, with Vicky Kaushal.
Fans have great expectations for both films; yet, the genres of both films are diametrically opposed, and it will be intriguing to see which film will garner more attention, Animal or Sam Bahadur. Animal is touted to be Ranbir’s biggest release in recent years, and Sam Bahadur will undoubtedly show how talented Vicky Kaushal is as an actor.

Animal vs. Sam Bahadur: The Story Line
The plots of these films are significantly different. Animal delves at the unhealthy connection between a father and his son, and how the kid’s obsession with gaining his father’s respect and love transforms him into an animal-like killer in the process.
Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol star in the film Animal. Ranbir Kapoor is on the hunt for housefuls with the release of Brahmastra, and it will be fascinating to see if Animal can build a brand for him or not.
Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur, on the other hand, is based on the life of India’s first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw, who is considered as the architect of India’s victory during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani war. Sam Bahadur is one of the few films that has been censored by the Indian Army without a single cut.
Sam Bahadur is Meghna Gulzar and Vicky Kaushal’s second film together, following Raazi. Everyone has great hopes for Vickey Kaushal, whose performance in the trailer was completely compelling.

Vicky can be seen wandering near to his soldiers in the Sam Bahadur trailer, who are placed in a line while dressed in Army uniforms. Vicky Kaushal conveys the ethos of India’s first Field Marshal perfectly.
He is seen standing firm against a number of well-known personalities, including the prime leader at the time, Indira Gandhi, and giving severe advice to his fellow soldiers. The film is set in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
While the trailer for Animal emphasizes Ranbir Kapoor’s turbulent relationship with his father Balbir, played by Anil Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor’s avatar has looked up to his father since he was a child, but their adoration has never been returned.
As Ranbir releases his inner beast, all compassion leaves the room. Ranbir’s predicament worsens after his father is shot. He merely wants retribution, and his primary target is, wait for it, Bobby Deol. The video concludes with high-octane action scenes starring Bobby Deol and Ranbir Kapoor.
