Top 5 ultimate beach destinations for your next beach holiday 2023!6 min read

When the daily hectic life is getting to you and each Monday feels like a new death sentence, it’s time to tell yourself, ‘I have to go on a holiday.’ Though people have a wide range of choices of place to visit, there’s something about a quiet day on the beach with a drink in hand that appeals to everyone. But, as with most good things, there is a catch. So, unless your surname is on the richest person’s list, taking a vacation that drains your financial account is not going to be your notion of a good time.

Sometimes, it’s better to save money on travelling fare(flight) and spend it on the vacation itself. We’ve picked together some of the most mesmerizing beach destinations that will not only calm your soul but also fit into your budget to help you make the all-important decision of where to spend your hard-earned money on your vacation days.

I share with you my 5 preferred holiday destinations in the world for a relaxing and cozy beach holiday:

1. HAWAII, USA

Aside from breathtaking natural scenery, the Hawaiian Islands also include some of the world’s best beaches. Some are built around the great drama of furious waves slamming against razor-sharp lava rocks; others are so remote that they can only be reached by helicopter or landing crafts; and yet others are so hidden and beautiful that they must remain hidden. The islands of Kauai and Maui are ideal for relaxed beach holidays.

  • Best time to visit: the off-season, when the affordable rates are available and the islands are less congested, is spring (April to June) and fall (September to November), which is ironic given that these are the best seasons to visit Hawaii in terms of consistently fantastic weather. Winter (December to March) can be unusually rainy and gloomy.

2.QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA

Queensland boasts a number of world-class beaches, each with its own unique experience. Whitehaven Beach, located on the largest of the Whitsunday Islands, is frequently considered one of the world’s most beautiful beaches; extending over 3,7 miles (6km) and possessing bright silica sand that is among the finest in the world, you’ll quickly see why. Another favorite holiday spot is Seventy-five Mile Beach, which stretches along the east coast of Fraser Island and is Australia’s top four-wheel drive spot; the beautiful beach features miles upon miles of pure sand and sea, as well as a diverse array of species.

  • Best time to visit: April to October (winter in Australia) is the greatest time to enjoy plenty of sunlight and little rain. It is also the best time for divers to see the sea. From November through April in Australia, the summer months are hot, rainy, and sticky in Queensland (with the possibility of a storm in the north).

3.CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA

Cape Town, South Africa’s Mother City and, in my opinion, the most beautiful city in the world, has some of the world’s most gorgeous beaches on its doorstep for you to discover this holiday, just a walk away from the city center at the foot of the legendary Table Mountain. You’re guaranteed to discover a stretch of sand that suits your fancy, from the family-friendly beaches on the False Bay shoreline to the stunning beaches for the affluent and beautiful on the very spectacular Atlantic Seaboard. Camps Bay, Clifton, and Llandudno are my favorite Cape Town beaches.

  • Best time to visit: The hot, dry summer months of Cape Town last from late October to late March. Temperatures rise between December and February, and this is typically regarded as the best time to visit Cape Town for the best beach weather.

4.THE SEYCHELLES

Mother Nature was incredibly generous when she built the Seychelles archipelago, which consists of 115 picturesque islands spread in the Indian Ocean east of Kenia. The magnificence of the Seychellois beaches is beyond description and unparalleled anyplace in the world: magnificent ribbons of powdery-soft white sand lapped by turquoise waters and backed by palm tree-covered hills and large rocky boulders.

  • Best time to visit: Seychelles is frequently marketed as a year-round getaway, and it is. However, poor weather, specifically rain, is more likely from November to March. The transitional months of October and April are ideal for a visit since the oceans are calm and the weather is pleasant.

5.THE MALDIVES

Is it even possible to end the list of beach destinations for your next holiday without MALDIVES?

The Maldives, located on the equator to the south of India and stretching over 500 miles (800 km), are the visible coral tips of an underwater volcanic mountain range whose outer edge plunges to depths of over 2 miles (3 km) at some spots. The islands have magnificent white beaches, pristine blue lagoons, fantastic underwater animals, and unparalleled luxury resorts.

  • Best time to visit: The best weather occurs between January and April, which also coincides with peak season (and therefore high hotel charges). The monsoon season lasts from May to October, with the peak occurring in June. It’s worth spending more and going during the dry season because there’s little to do on a rainy day but drink, work out, or scuba dive.
